Participants in this mobility from the Erasmus + project, „Active kids for a better future”, acquired the skills necessary to organize activities in the classroom and in the natural environment in the vicinity of schools through which students to understand and act to protect the environment.

Workshops, debates, reflections and documentary visits were organized. The environmental issues, waste management and reuse, integration of children with special needs and collaboration with civil society for their participation in school activities were addressed. After the opening ceremony were presented the organization of the school and the ways in which children are involved in decision making followed by a debate on democracy in school. The following days were dedicated to seminars and debates on student involvement in recycling, but also on waste-free lifestyle. Students made from recyclable materials and a small recipe book with „zero waste” recipes with practical examples were presented. This was followed by a day dedicated to nature, nature protection and how it can be transformed into the most attractive classroom. the lessons were carried out both in the mini-park in the school yard and in the natural park near the locality. One day was dedicated to children with special needs, the way they are integrated in school. For this, the school collaborates with specialized associations that have as volunteers specialized psychologists and superior technological endowments that contribute to the successful integration of those with special needs in society. At the end, the educational game „And you can save the planet” was presented in a workshop. Mobility ended with a debate and the final evaluation. The activities were attended by all members of the partner school delegations and 12 teachers from the host school. The activities were integrated into the regular activities of the school.

Participants learned how the host school increases the motivation of children to identify environmental problems, the problems of disadvantaged people and people with special needs and how to act to reduce or even eliminate these problems.
